This cocktail reception provides Rally Drivers with the opportunity to meet and recruit their desired Celebrity Navigator. The premium drafting positions will be determined by the amount of dollars raised through pledges and sponsorship. The Rally Driver who raises the most money will be first to select their Celebrity Navigator.
